Kavanagh Rhomberg LLP provides sophisticated and cost-effective counsel to nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations and their charitable donors. Brigit has extensive experience in complex private foundation matters, such as program related investments, set asides, out of corpus distributions, and international grantmaking. Brigit also regularly advises on issues of charitable trust and restricted gifts, as well as donor advised funds and supporting organizations.

Barbara has over a decade of experience representing nonprofit organizations and charitable donors on the unique legal issues of the nonprofit sector, including nonprofit formation and exemption, planned and charitable giving, lobbying campaign limits, grant compliance, endowments and donor-restricted funds, and governance.

Courtney Colimodio Paralegal and Administrator

Courtney has over a decade of experience in the legal and administrative fields. Prior to joining Kavanagh Rhomberg LLP in 2019, Courtney spent nine years as a family law paralegal on the Monterey Peninsula, assisting with complex marital dissolutions for high-net-worth clients.
